Medical and Non-Medical Immunity:
Any
person, whether or not trained to practice medicine, who renders emergency care
at the scene of an accident or to a victim of a crime shall not be liable for
any civil damages as a result of rendering such emergency care. This immunity
will be granted as long as the care is rendered in good faith and without
remuneration.
