01/20/01 - Work has begun in enabling TCM to use the new NSC and AHA certificates.

04/03/01 – AHA new certificate printing now enabled.  TCM will print the AHA Year 2000 3 card sheet and 2 card self-mailer sheet.

 

 

08/30/01 – New ASHI certificate printing now enabled.

 

05/01/02 – TCM 2.03 is released

Upgrade Instructions (version 2.01 and higher)

 

 

 

 

FIRST COPY THE WHOLE TCM FOLDER ON TO A CD OR OTHER BACKUP DEVICE then:

 

1. Start TCM2.03 from your usual shortcut

2. Click the BACKUP button off the main menu – this makes a copy of your data in the BACKUP sub-folder

3. Exit the program

 

1. Download and install the TCM Exporter utility – use the default directory C:/TCM or whatever directory you have 2.03 installed

2. Start the new TCM (should come up as Version 2.04) – Click the UPGRADE button.

3. When the upgrade is completed, click the EXPORT button

(this will create three files – Instructors, Students, Courses – all .txt files)

4. Exit the program

5. From the C:/TCM directory, double click the file TCRPD

6. Follow the on-screen directions for importing data.

INSTALL TCM 3.00

1. Copy TCRPD from C:/TCM to C:/Program Files/TCM
2. Start TCM3.00 – Click on TC Admin, click on the Administrative tab, and click on the button that says UPGRADE FROM PREVIOUS VERSION.  This will bring in the data into TCM 3.00

You’re done!
