TCM 3.00 Updates:

- TCM is now a MS Access program – it allows for much greater functionality with less data corruption when a system hangs up or crashes.

- TCM will now manage clients and their physical locations by keeping track of contacts, addresses, emails, phone numbers, AV equipment, seating, etc

- TCM will now print reports for each instructor individually

- TCM will now communicate with instructors – sending them enrollment lists and ‘work orders’ with the location, time, etc of the classes via paper or email

- TCM will now ‘PRINT PREVIEW’ all reports and cards before sending them to the printer

- TCM now accommodates the new National Safety Council “EMERGENCY CARE” certificate

- TCM will now allow some movement of the printing templates using PAGE SETUP to accommodate different printers

- TCM allows single student confirmations via letter, paper, or email

- TCM now has additional automation such as calculating expiration dates and course end times based on course profiles

- TCM now distinguishes between accrediting agencies such as AHA, NSC, ASHI, MFA

- TCM will import from our on-line TC Registrar program (coming soon!)
