TCM 4.0 Updates:

COURSE DETAILS CHANGES:

- TCM now identifies whether a course is open-to-the-public, can sort classes into SORT CODES, and identifies the person scheduling the class. This information will be important when we launch TCM Webservices (coming soon!). TCM can also now link a scanned roster to a course, so that TCM users can pull up sign in sheets with a couple of clicks.

- The STUDENTS area of the COURSE DETAILS is now laid out on one screen, eliminating the need to go to the ADDITIONAL INFO tab to enter a student’s DOB or DL. The SSN field has been changed to a LICENSE NUMBER field.

- Under COORDINATION, a feature has been added to EMAIL ENROLLMENT to a client

CERTIFICATE PRINTER CHANGES:

- TCM can now print old and new AHA certificates. The new AHA template has been changed to reflect TC Location field and has reconfigured the position of the other data.

COURSE SELECTION CHANGES:

- TCM can now find a specific TCM COURSE ID by entering it a search box and double-clicking on it.

- TCM will now automatically scroll down to a designated date (the current date is the default) by double-clicking on it

- CLIENT SITE is now viewable on the COURSE SELECTION screen, and TCM users can sort and filter that field along with the others

ADMINISTRATION AREA CHANGES:

- TCM can now assign a WEB ACCESS PASSWORD for a client. This information will be important when we launch TCM Webservices (coming soon!).

- TCM can now assign a WEB ACCESS PASSWORD for an instructor . This information will be important when we launch TCM Webservices (coming soon!).

- TCM now hosts a list of schedulers (people who use TCM) to provide accountability for those who book classes

- TCM now hosts a list of SORT CODES to group classes together for registration. This information will be important when we launch TCM Webservices (coming soon!).
